My K1 visa interview was yesterday and it was approved.

Thanks to all VJ members's advice, it helped a lot.

I am going to be with my fiance after long K1 petition journey(over a year).

We had been through lot in our case. NVC did send our case back to USCIS two times for further review by USCIS, which took us so long.

But trust me if you are honest with consular officer and your relationship evidence and financial support is good then you will get approved.

Mumbai embassy people are very nice, professional.

So all the best to everyone who is waiting.

Congrats!!! Way to hang in there...it is a long stressful journey for sure (and mine was only six months, so prob only 1/2 your sress) ;) I'm very happy it is over for you and the real journey can begin :) God Bless you Both in the days ahead, and God Bless all the people who have helped us on VJ!!!!!!

07-03-14 -> NVC Assigned Case#(Got Case# & IIN Over the Phone).
07-22-14 -> DS-261 Completed.
07-25-14 -> AOS fee Payment.
07-29-14 -> AOS fee shows PAID.
07-30-14 -> AOS Package Sent.
07-31-14 -> AOS Package delivered.
09-15-14 -> IV fee Payment.

09-17-14 -> IV fee Shows PAID.

09-18-14 -> IV Package Sent.
09-20-14 -> IV Package Delivered.
