I'm not sure where to look to know which service centers are actually working on the K-1 visas right now. I don't know if there is anyway for me to know if mine will be sent to CSC or if it will stay at the TSC. If I'm just being impatient to know I'm sorry but I thought maybe someone would know.

It'll most definitely go to CSC. All I-129fs filed with Texas and Nebraska are being transferred to CSC. They might send you a notice stating that the petition's been transferred. Good luck!

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

It is going to CSC. I just sent my I-129f in to the TSC and when I got my NOA1 it came from the CSC. It just appears that USCIS isn’t sending out any notices that the application is being sent to a new service center.

Good Luck!

So, is all petitions to TSC are going to CSC, what are the people at TSC doing?

Watching the armadillos cross the road.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
