Quick Question on Mailing DS3032 Hard Copy

I haven't received the ds3032 kit via email yet and have read that some people don't get this for awhile in the NVC process. I want to send out a signed 3032 hard copy that I have here from my husband. I am the petitioner and wanted to make sure it's okay for me to mail this form to them from the states? Or does he (benef.) have to mail it from the UK?? Also this is the address I will be sending it to:

Is this correct? Also I am writing on the top right hand corner our case number since we do not have the barcoded file yet. Should I have any problems here? Any advise would be much appreciated :-)

- IV Pkg Entered into AVR System 11/17/10

- NVC SIF 11/23/10

- Case Complete 11/30/10 (could've been earlier; called late :-P)

- NVC Forwards Case to Embassy

- Medical completed 12/13/10

- Interview Date Completed Jan 13th @ 9am--APPROVED!!

- POE 1/30/2011

You can email it to NVC rather than mailing it.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

10-OCT-2017-:- N400 oath ceremony letter on hand (oath on 26OCT2017)
