On June 17 2008 you drove on the highway with an open bottle of vodka. Your blood alcohol content was 4 times the legal limit. You hit Dawn & Hatem going over 90 mph. You have been locked up for 2 1/2 years and now you are where you belong. No longer will you be in a comfortable county jail. Now for the next few years you will be in the Dixon Correctional Center. You have been there for a month and I hope some Big Bubba has made you his girlfriend. .

You have been sentenced to 9 years in prison. I wish you had gotten 90 years. Even that would not be enough. In a few years you will walk free. You will walk out the door of that prison. Don't think I will forget. I won't. I don't forgive you. I will never forgive you. You took my friend. You killed her. I hope you think of Dawn every miserable day you spend in prison. I hope you think of her every day you are on this earth.

His lawyer should be ashamed for dragging this on for so long. I can't imagine the sorrow her family felt each time they had to see him in court. He was granted one continuance after another....finally it is over.

As for his bad liver~I hope it rots inside his gut and he feels it burn in pain every day he is alive.

Like I said earleier, 9 years is nothing for what he has done! He has destroyed so many lives thru all this. May Dawn and her family and husband finally be at some sort of peace!

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(
