What can be the Bonifide marriage evidence?

My fiance lives in Pakistan and I live in the U.S. We don't own any property together and neither do we have joint accounts in a bank. What else can be evidence?

Proof that you are still communicating with each other, like telephone bills, chats over the Internet, e-mails, greeting cards sent through mail, pictures of your visits to Pakistan to be with her, proof you are supporting her (sending her money through a bank, Western Union or other acceptable methods), proof of flights you have taken and where you and your wife stayed when you were together, notarized sworn statements from people (relatives, friends) who know one or both of you who can attest that you are married and have witnessed specific occasions when you have been together or communicating with each other.

These are just some examples.

If he is your FUTURE husband then you can't apply for CR/IR-1 as your profile indicates, you need a K-1...

Technically true, but I'm filing a CR-1 for my future husband also. Only thing is, he'll be my actual real-life husband by the time we file Just getting all the paperwork ready now! Semantics, I know....

Anyways, to the OP, we're going to send in Skype/cell phone call logs (no chat transcripts - too long and private), copies of airline itineraries for past and future travel (already booked holiday travel), a couple pages of photos over time, money transfers and a copy of our wedding invitation & program. We don't have any joint accounts/property either!

I had forgotten about copies of wedding invitations. We had a sign in sheet at our wedding banquet, with all guests name, address, and phone numbers. We later had Sworn Affidavit from some of the guest to add to the sign in sheets as evidence.
