update of I-129F Form

I've learned that there is a new form of I-129F which ask questions referring to IMBRA.

I tried to download it from uscis and several other pages to make sure that we've filed the wrong one.

But for some reason it won't let me.

Can anybody send me the current I-129F Form?

I tried that link and severeal other links but everything that refers to i-129f I cannot open for some reason.

is something wrong with my pc or with the link?

I have no problems open other forms.

If you filed the old form, you will get an RFE sooner or later. When did the form you sent in expire? June 30 or June 15? If you filed it after it expired (and I don't remember that date) then you might get your whole petition back for filing an expired form, I believe. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.

the expiration date was june 30th. we filed that before that and get our NOA june21st.

But since then we did not get any updates. And when I learned about the questions according to IMBRA I was wondered because I could not remember anything about that. So I looked up again and in deed there is nothing mentioned about IMBRA.

So now I am even more confused because if this was the wrong form, why don't they let us know (2 months passed already since NOA1)

The I-129F in the example forms is the latest form. You can save this form to your computer.

Well the law went into effect on March 6 and they didn't even create that form until June. The fact that they haven't let you know that you needed to file the new form means that they will, eventually, send you an RFE to fill in the missing information. This is what happened to every single person who filed using the old form between March 6 and mid-June and they did not even begin to send out RFEs until the end of June.
