Is there something going on with NVC??

They have assigned my case number but they are taking a long time to send things to me. They are supposed to be emailing but i still have not recieved an email yet.

Have you already got your NVC case number? If you have got it, have you sent the DS3032 in email? If you have the NVC case number, you should go ahead and have your beneficiary email the DS3032. If you wait on NVC, it might take up to 6 weeks for your beneficiary to receive the DS3032 package.

Indigoskies, shouldn't we wait for NVC to generate the DS-3032 and AOS fee bill on their system? Yesterday an operator told me that DS-3032 form should be generated on their system before sending it to them otherwise they may not attach it to our case file.

I am really confuse. Some people say we must wait for NVC to generate the form or fee bill in their system before we send it to them.

NVC assigned me a case number on 10/15/10 and I called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses yesterday morning and waiting for them to send me the AOS fee bill and DS-3032. I have already prepared DS-3032 (signed by beneficiary) 5 months ago :-)

I got case number last week Friday. I emailed the DS3032 yesterday morning and has only gotten the autoresponse. I am already preparing my other forms but cannot pay anything as i was unable to get the invoice id number on the the phone. I also gave them my email address and updated our address as we moved. They said they would email the forms to us very soon but nothing so far.

That's what I thought to that I had to wait until NVC emails us the DS3032 package then we should email or mail it. But everyone here suggested that we email it even without them generating the DS3032 kit. That's because they usually take many weeks to do so. If you email the DS3032, using the proper format, to NVC even before they may attached it to your case. Many people have gotten it attached to their case within a week. We emailed ours this past Sunday. It should take a week. But I'm going to start calling NVC to find out if they attached it yet by tomorrow.

yeah you can't wait on NVC to send you what you need. you'll be waiting a while. when i got my NVC case number, it took NVC almost two weeks to email me AOS fee bill.

but NEVER wait to receive the documents you need to submit for NVC to mail to you and/or beneficiary. as soon as you met the criteria (paying the fees and it showing as paid) in sending doc packages, mail those suckers to NVC.

Now I understand why people send out their DS-3032 before NVC generates it. Because it also takes time for NVC to process our emails and attach any docs to it's case file. By the time they process our emails NVC would have already generated forms in their system. I am also going to email my DS-3032 right now and mail the hardcopy (just incase) this afternoon. Thanks !

It seems yours and my timeline is almost same for NVC process. NVC also assinged me case number last Friday on 10/15 and I called and gave email address to NVC yesterday.

You need to wait for the DS 3032 and AOS fee bill generated by the NVC because it has the bar code attached to your case. I made this silly mistake and I send the DS 230 and my documents before receiving the bar code and all my documents were lost and I have to resubmit again all these documents and this is causing much delay to my case processing. Hope this might help.

You need to wait for the DS 3032 and AOS fee bill generated by the NVC because it has the bar code attached to your case. I made this silly mistake and I send the DS 230 and my documents before receiving the bar code and all my documents were lost and I have to resubmit again all these documents and this is causing much delay to my case processing. Hope this might help.

I would absouletely not send my DS-230 package until my IV fee bill status shows as "paid" and I print the cover sheet. I won't take chance because there will be my original documents. It's just DS -3032 that I sent without waiting for NVC to send me the form.
