hi frds..

i m on student visa in london my nationailty is india ..we are going to apply for k1 ..we have decided to apply in london embassy ..but i guess i will be in india in the month of march or april coz of personal problem ...so can i switch the consulate? plz reply

you have to choose the embassy in india.unless youre going to overstay your visa which i dont suggest.

PS: there is no guarantee as far as requesting other embassies goes
