It is pretty self explanatory. Your sister would chose Option C. Since she is no the intending immigrant but is a member of your house hold. Than select your relation, which is brother or sister.

For part 2. Your sisters name goes there she is the sponsor.

Part 3 is your sisters name as well.

For part 2. Your sisters name goes there she is the sponsor.

Part 3 is your sisters name as well.

I specifically asked about this question and was told by NVC representative that: in part 2 where it says in bold sponsor's promise, you the applicant (petitioner) should write your name because you are the main sponsor even though you are saying that you dont have a job, because you are filling out the form I-864 right?? In bold it says I the sposnor and then blank, so its your name. In part 2 again but in this one it says household member's promise, you sister name should go here, in here it says I the household member, so your sister's name should go here. And in Part 1 ,question 8, you should select the letter c and then check brother or sister. Hopefully I have been clear enough. I used my mom for mine and I did not get any rejection at all from the NVC, it was all correct.
