Hi,

My finance and I are in the final stages of preparing our initial I-129F package. I have a few questions for the forum.

1) I live on the east cost, so I send to the Vermont processing center or the Lock Box in texas as specified on the USCIS site.

2) I have a copy of her Certificate of Finality. Do I need it to be on NSO paper or will the certificate from the RTC due?

3) We want to bring her two kids as well, their names are listed on the I-129F and G-325a forms. Do I need the kids passport pictures?

4) Are there any other forms required for the K-2 visa?

Thanks

Thanks,

1. double check on the instructions on the uscis site. send it to dallas texas lockbox

2. all supporting documents required are copies, unless specified. if i were you, i'd just submit copies of both

3. no need to send their photos yet, that's for ther visas later on (when you get your 129f approval)

4. basically same as those for your k1

make sure you double check w/all the requirements listed under "guides" here on the vj website. =)

Kids don't need G-325As if they are below 14 years old.

When you reach the Embassy stage, the requirements are listed in the K1 visa interview instructions:

English: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/301443/pdf-files/Revised%20K1%20Instruction%20Packet_001.pdf

Tagalog: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/301443/pdf-files/K1instructionTag_rtf3_001.pdf

For the kids, only fulfill what applies to them on the list.

Thanks for reply.
