Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

10/06/2010 - NVC RCVD our Case from USCIS

10/12/2010 - All Day trying to Call NVC; line is sooo BUSY.

10/13/2010 - @ 1:28 AM CT I RCVD an email from NVC for my Mom's Case# & to pay AOS fee bill of $88. Haven't RCVD any yet for my Dad's petition.

10/13/2010 - @ 3:49 AM CT I RCVD an email from NVC for my Mom's DS-3032

10/13/2010 - @ 5:08 AM CT Emailed NVC to registered our respective Email Add'es.

10/13/2010 - @ 2:47 PM CT Finally got thru to NVC & registered our Email Add'es & Got my Dad's NVC Case#. Yey!

10/14/2010 - Paid AOS fee of $88.00 for Both Parents

10/14/2010 - Emailed DS 3032

10/15/2010 - @ 10:30 PM RCVD an email from NVC for my Dad's ACL Universal

how to use that code for xoom? im using xoom to send money, they charge it $7.99 now, not cheaper anymore... 50% off helps a lot.

how to use that code for xoom? im using xoom to send money, they charge it $7.99 now, not cheaper anymore... 50% off helps a lot.

At the payment page, look at the bottom left - you will see "Coupon Code (Optional)", put the coupon code in there & click apply. Then next to where you put the coupon code - you will see the new discounted fee.

Thanks OP, I just used the coupon to send my wife some money so she can pay for the amended passport & some other stuff. :thumbs:

thanks for the xoom coupon code... but im not liking xoom now, it's $1.5 difference of the exchange rate compared to latest peso value, unlike before $.70-$1 only... ughhh :protest:
