Chasing up an expedite

So, if you were me, submitted 'evidence' yesterday..no touch today..how long would you wait to call them to see if they've made a decision. my wife did call yesterday and they confirmed they got the info. Monday? tuesday? they just seem to love dragging their feet.

Id call Tuesday Morning to be honest. They'll have had the info, confirmed receipt of it and understand the reasons for the expedite. Brutally honest, and our reasons are similar in reason, Id be banging down the door Monday afternoon when CSC have had chance to go through it, if nothing else, give you an idea of when you will hear something. You have the right to expedite a request, I know your circumstances and if professionals confirm it will meet the uscis criteria, then there is a real need to chase this up - for more than one reason. Ive given it some welly today, with a polite but aggressive approach, and in the end it benefitted my wife with more solid info.

I think we had a touch due to the fact an RFE was being generated after the fact that they'd received all required info for the expedite.

RFE arrived today, a ####### up thanks to 'Borat' who filed our petition for us!

Needless to say he's had a new hole ripped and is refunding the money.

Its funny, the rfe was for an original doc, and he insisted we sent only need to send a copy. Hopefully it can be sorted and our request will be fully processed by the end of next week.

So you got an RFE cuz that TWIT sent a photocopy instead of an original? HOLY #######...I'd kill him..that's probably burned you at least 5 weeks of time, by the time you get it to them and they read it...all since Sept 24...jeez.

Which document's copy triggered the RFE in I-130 stage? As per documents, copies are enough in I-130 stage.

So, VSC are really quick indeed. Haha. Got a letter that our request was denied It's okay, we didn't really expect much about it, we just tried our luck. Btw, we had no touches about this.

Loto, it was a copy of my divorce decree. i was told that a screen capture of my divorce docket online would suffice. then when i had checked the uscis does state it needs a certified copy of it. but it was too late borat had already sent it in. so now we had the rfe for that and my wifes getting a copy of it on monday, then she'll have it fed ex'd and hopefully it will continue. im hoping so as its really tough at the min. if it wasnt id sit back and enjoy as best as i can my life left in england. so my wife is especially hoping our case will be expedited upon receipt of the rfe.

Photocopy of the original divorce decree is needed with I-130. Now since it is RFE, original has to be provided.

He didn't have an attorney, he had a 'consultant', someone who isn't licensed to practice immigration law..a hijacker of money, lol

yep thats what it says. so we'll get a certified copy of it sent out to us on monday.

yes hes an a hole alright. i have written to him 3 times in 3 days calling him out as a fraudulent immigration specialist. hes refunded the money and asked me not to write to him again. to make it worse about an hour before i wrote to him id had a marathon session of watching the sopranos!

i explained once i get back home, if he didnt do the right thing, we'd have a 'sit down'.

it worked!! lol

oh and id never recommend ohrid travel in new jersey to my worst enemy!!

thats right, a complete con man. a fraud. someone who was recommended to my wife by another bloody borat!

funny thing is he asked me if id mind telling him if id explain of any other possible way that the petition could be speeded up. cos he knows jack.

he got the sex and travel message to that one!
