Those specialists/lawyers most of the time dont give a ######..get their retainer fee and you wont hear from them. I got copies of everything that was submitted, and our lawyer was pretty on point in regards to what's required, because I double checked against the requirements myself off the Govt websites.

Is this a specialist or an attorney? if he's just a 'specialist', unlicensed attorney, you're gonna have a hard time getting your money, get your wife to file with the BBB in the states...we had people like that running around in Canada that were 'specialists' but provided no guarantees or accuracy. You were probably better off paying Loto $500, cuz Loto knows everything.

Any news today Richi? Any murmers? Christy was supposed to type up a letter..but I doubt she got it done..I think she's gonna try to call back this afternoon and use YOUR method..thanks for the msg.

I'm just chillin today..feels like I got the wind knocked outta me....that redundant RFE yesterday really torqued me out.

Well the hospital has put together a submission and will be faxing it tomorrow morning to USCIS..my wife is working on a personal letter to send to them tonight...so that they have a bit more explanation as to the circumstances instead of just a Tier2's short typed description. I figure if we're gonna get denied or approved..we may as well have our say to whoever is adjudicating this damn thing. As to it being a good sign..we sent almost the SAME thing two weeks ago...they obviously didn't read it..I dunno if that's a good sign if they want the same dumbed down information.

over the space of 2 weeks they have had our info for the expedite 4 seperate ways. depending on what this rfe will be for then i can act accordingly. being the applicant your hands are tied when you call, but you have to try to break down walls! if we are successful i'll feel comfortable advising how we went about things today with our case. if not it aint worth knowing as i ll be giving duff info.

from the info and guidance ive been given the rfe for expedite must be a good sign cos they want to know more about it.

Further info we got today was that request for further info about our marriage was actually mailed out to us on the 12th. Hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow so we can act on it and get it moving again!

Real funny Loto..we're lookin at end of December according to the stats..

My wife sent in her letter today and got the hospital to send in their documents..all this morning..Oddly enough, I figured there would've been a touch at some point this evening..but nothing. really odd. Maybe tomorrow it'll show a touch.

Richi...send them pics of the honeymoon..I thought mainly NVC and your interview at the consulate is when you had to prove over and above the marriage relationship. USCIS just pretty much needs the marriage license and passports, right?

Faxed the expedite letter and supporting documents last Tuesday. Mailed it the following as they preferred it. So far, no touches. Let's see tom.

crn, yeah we have some evidence ready, and we've been given very positive signs that all is going through as hoped. just got to wait for the rfe to arrive to act....and it turns out the rfe was mailed out on the 12th, wife was told 'system was updated yesterday'

Calmed down a bit now. I wonder what qualifications one needs to be a tier 1, or one of the random tier 2's?!!!!

I'm glad things might be moving quickly for ya Richi..I'm not worried about this ###### anymore..Christy sent the stuff in, and that's it..I'll just wait. I'm focusing right now on going to visit next week, see my son, my wife, her kids, and do some deer hunting.
