my wife in the states now and she should fill out the I-864 and will send me it and the 1040

but i want know something and please dont give me links or explain i need just simple answer

she just need to fill out the papers in a lawyer office or immigration office or just home

iam not try to be impudent in my question but i need direct answer please

She can complete the forms at home. No attorney or immigration official needed.

Make sure that she sends all the needed documents (read the form I-864 instructions thoroughly), not just her 1040 form.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
