Can I use an electronic signature on the form or have it done in Person. she lives in Ukraine so also need her to write her name in native language if I cant just type it in.

There's a place on the form where she writes her name in her natice language, that can be copied and pasted from an email, for examplet. For her signature, that should be in English characters but I've read where it does not need to be an original but a photocopy is OK.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

Signature is a signature. Alla's is a "squiggle". It is not in any known alphabet

You can had write anything on the form or a combination thereof, as long as it is legible. You can switch your computer to Russian or Ukrainian and have a Cyrillic keyboard (I have a plug in Cyrillic keyboard or you can just use stickers or get to know the keys)

G-325s for foreign beneficies do not have to be signed, you can request a waiver allowing her to sign it at the interview. PM me with your email address and I can send you a copy of the USCIS internal memo on this. I would attach the memo with your petition in case you get a brain dead adjudicator that thinks they have to be signed.
