K-3 and CR-1

Hi,

I was wondering ......if one decides to go with the K-3, for whatever reason, and you have already paid fees on the cr-1 (aos fee bill and IV bill)...do the aos and fees you have paid tranfer or rather "count" toward adjustment of status if you choose to use the k-3 and not return for cr-1 interview. Or do you have pay new fees when adjusting status? Aussie any thoughts?

No transfer...no credit...no refund

This is government agency we are talking about. There is no such word as 'refund' in their dictionary.

As the above members also say....Unfortunaley, no, they do not transfer any fees that have already been paid across to when you adjust status from a K-3. It is money gone.
