Currently CSC is taking that long. Since you are now 5 months after filing, you should hear approval stuff in another 1 to 2 weeks time. Stay tuned.

5 months is the standard waiting time for most 130 and 129 and USCIS will not give you any information till that 5 months is up. Does not matter if it is a Sunday or not you can ring the next working day.

Plain and simple it's an office and can only ring on working days and office hours.

I know it's hard the waiting trust me I know but you should hear something soon.

Good luck

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

It is time to:

1) Call USCIS

2) If it fails, Call/email Senator/Congressperson to check the status
