Use of Photos for I-129F Petition Package

After reading that it is a good idea to frontload the petition package, I plan to do so. I wrote a supplement to the "How we Met" question, listing all visits, and then I was going to send one picture of each visit.

I was planning to cut and paste the digital photos into a Word document and type the name, date, location on each page, and print it out on my color printer. So, all the photos will be printed in color but not on photo paper. Is this ok, or do they want original "photo photos"? We will take those to the interview of course, but is there any reason why color copies on regular old printer paper shouldn't work for now?

ALSO: When sending in other documentation like phone bills and e-mails...do I need to label them on a separate piece of paper for organization purposes?

Printing them on normal printer paper is totally fine

Organise and label everything to the best of your ability so that the person going over your file will know exactly what is what.

Print 4 or so per page with captions on regular bond paper.

Other VJ members have said that they have printed pictures on regular paper (about 3 or 4 per page) and there has not been a problem, apparently, with sending pictures in this way. The only pictures which you must submit as USCIS indicates are the passport size pictures of you and your fiance.

You can print the pictures as you like, however the photos are secondary evidence (they can be edited) and they are more useful in the interview stage. Focus on getting primary evidence: boarding passes, passport stamps, phone records, etc.
