My name is shayma I am us citizen married to a morrocan citizen my husband had his interview 2 days ago and was denied because the officer didn't belive what do I need to do I have been with my husband for 4 year 3 motnhs and have been mrried for a year and 4 months what should I do next I called my congressmand and senator and my congressman already faxed them a letter to reconsider the interview should I hire a lawyer . Did this happen to anyone else in morocco also? Plz help me

I would suggest you travel down the forum to the regional area, MENA (middle east north africa) threads. There are a lot of denials from Morocco and I think an entire thread there devoted to it. Someone who has dealt specifically with that consulate could be a lot more helpful in what steps are most effective.

Yes review the MENA forum. Denials are common in Morrocco. Call Marc Ellis, he just got my denial reaffirmed in Ghana. His specialty is denials, I think he is the best!
