Your timeline says you just AOSd so you would not be getting a US citizen passport.. I think you posted in the wrong section?

You would need to apply for a new phils passport with your new married name. Check with your countrys passport requirements, they usually have it on the website or if you have a phils consulat near you, you can apply through them for a new passport instead of mailing papers to the phils for one.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Are you a US Citizen? From the timeline the Petitioner is the wife, in that case she would need to change her US passport. Read here: Name Change for US passport

Who cares as long as it works, one of my wifes' foreign passports is in her maiden name, but the other due to severe restrictions and a hell of a lot of extra money on our part is in her maiden name.

What really tees me off is that I can visit her countries with just my US passport, and she needs three. She is not a citizen just like I am, that really tees me off.

Another annoyance is at least my wife was free to come here, her daughter was an entirely different story. Even though her biological father abandoned her seven years prior to we meeting, and my wife had full custody of her daughter, her country would not let here leave until we got permission from her biological father that just happed to be in an entirely different country. This put him in a perfect position to blackmail us, but we countered with seven years of back child support payments with another four years added to that. It was a mess, and these countries don't even give a good damn about their citizens, just mean rotten dirty basterds in my opinion.

Really can't say much about this country either when my niece under the guise of getting couple of bucks for her education by joining the National Guard was quickly shipped to Iraq to fight a false war while our leaders drank tea in the White House. Wife has family in these countries, all good wonderful people, but our leaders really suck. Wonder why that is, and why, we the people aren't doing anything about this.
