Hi there. I am getting really discouraged reading all the posts that say the length for processing at the California Service Center is growing :( Our NOA1 date is June 22nd. The ONLY update listed on our case status is for June 24th. That's it. Is anyone else experiencing the lack of "touches"? Thank you all.

We haven't been touched since July 26, but we're still waiting and having faith that we will hear something soon. It's all a bit frustrating, but don't let it get you down.

When California Service Center processed our K-1, the file was touched 4 days after the NOA1. There was no action listed for months. The NOA2 happened with no additional touches listed. At day 60 after the last touch, I was so worried I did not sleep. I learned the hard way that no touches did not mean a problem or no action. You are better comparing your progess in the system to other timelines from the same center within 2 months of you. I wish I had. I spent many sleepless night for no reason.

There are people from March that are still waiting. Not to mention April. You're a June filer. Why don't you take a sit over there. No, waaaay over there, behind March, April, May filers. You were told at the begining that the process will take on average 5 months. Let your five months be up before you start fretting about this.

don´t worry for a "touch" it does not mean anything. Be positive and think that you will get your approval soon!
