Send DS 2001

Hello

I'm the French fiancée and I still DON'T HAVE MY P3 but I HAVE ALREADY MY CASE NUMBER !

My question is :

Is there ANY RISK that I send my DS 2001 + DS 230 Part I to Paris Embassy without they blame me or reject my case or they postpone my interview ???

And another question :

Is there anything else do I have to send except these 2 forms ???

Cause it's like already 4 weeks I'm waiting for my P3 !

I want so bad to send it now, I can't wait anymore but I don't want they notice I sent it before receiving my P3.

The DS-2001 is no longer used. Just send the Ds-230 and its necessary related dcks

The DS-2001 is no longer used.

This isn't true. Some embassies still use it. I know for certain that London does, so it is very possible that Paris does too.

You might want to have your fiance call the DOS in Washington to check if the P3 has been sent to you. If it has, then you can send in your forms. You might also need the DS 156, DS 157 and the DS 156K. Make sure to check with the embassy directly if you are unsure.
