Hi Everyone, my Mom's case SIF on 08/13 and no interview yet, I thought IR-5 was an inmediate visa. Still waiting.... Anyone in the same case?

Hi Everyone, my Mom's case SIF on 08/13 and no interview yet, I thought IR-5 was an inmediate visa. Still waiting.... Anyone in the same case?

My Case was Completed on 9/13 in the IR-5 category for my mom and dad.. Awaiting Interview.

Current cut off date F2A - Current

May 12 2011 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)
May 23 2011 - NVC case # Assigned
Nov 17 2011 - COA / I-864 received

Apr 30 2012 - Pay AOS fee
Oct 15 2012 - Pay IV fee
Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package
Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete

NOW we can make this thread for the people waiting on there interview to be Scheduled from NVC to there embassy so am one of them who else and what the recommendations for the interview

AND for the people they did not get them case completed yet be sure everything has it`s time and we all almost there and no separation from our families no more

GOOD LUCK ALL

My case completed Aug. 26, 2010 and also no interview date yet. Please let it be November...

hI we are waiting to, im in cali colombia,our case close 31 agost, now my husband is here whit us and this is good, we are try to spend this time whit my colombian family, and have all hopes for november entreviw.

Got my interview date for Chennai, Nov 30! A bit sad that its that late, but happy to have a date...some certainly is better than none!

There is no method to NVC's madness. wait@nvc's cc was Sep 14 (mine was sep 10) and his interview is one day before mine, also Chennai; BMW's interview...his cc was Sep 9, his interview is Oct 20. Also they schedule interviews ALL the time. I am yet to find one who got his interview between Oct 22 and Sep 29. Chennai doesn't seem to have any interviews last week of October.

Good luck to all that are waiting. But at least one other waiter on here got his interview date on Oct 4, so I bet they are scheduling this week.

Where am I at in the process? :

-Oath Ceremony scheduled for Feb 7, 2014 (scheduled late by request)

-Successful Citizenship interview, Dec 11, 2013

-fingerprint appointment, Oct 24, 2013

-applied for Citizenship, Sep 2013

Count me in too! :) Got SIF today and NVC confirmed case is being forwarded to the USEM in Sofia! :) Fingers crossed!
