You and your fiance may also want to read the K1 Guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Scroll down and read the steps on What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):

After you receive the NOA2 (Approval Notice), your case will be forwarded to the NVC, where it will be assigned a case number (it starts with MNL). From there, the file will be sent to the US Embassy in Manila for review and visa processing.

Once they have your file, you will need to contact their call center and set an appointment for your visa interview.

There are shortcuts to this, and you can review posts by a VJ member named thepizzadude; we used these shortcuts to save us 3 weeks of waiting time...so it is worth investigating.

When you have done that, you have to make sure you have all of your forms, supporting documents, visa fees and medical completed before the interview date. Here are the instructions in English: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/301443/pdf-files/Revised%20K1%20Instruction%20Packet_001.pdf

and here are the instructions in Tagalog: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/301443/pdf-files/K1instructionTag_rtf3_001.pdf

During the interview you will know the same day whether you passed or not. The Guides also have information on how you can prepare for your interview...you can also talk with the VJ members and ask about their experiences...how they prepared their documents and how they answered questions asked by the immigration officer.

You will also need to undergo counselling through Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO), PRISM or SMEF-COW (PRISM and SMEF-COW would be better), and get the CFO sticker before your departure.

Hope this helps.
