Hey Guys,

I just ran a estimation time for case approval on the USCIS website.. I got Goal being 5 months.. California SC 5 months.. and the USCIS National Avergae being 16.4 Months! Holy smokes! Is this accurate?

What does this mean.. ?

Plus i noticed our times continually being pushed back further and further.. What is going at the USCIS? Is September Crunch time? I always assumed Summer was crunch time.. Anywho.. Would love to hear input from lovely VJ peeps..

Peace

Oh yes..

I did:

Last time the average moved to 6 months from 5 months for every center, including the national average. Then I predicted the wait time is going to get longer. It did. From average of 3 months to now it's almost 6 months. Now the national average if 16.8 months. That means the wait time is going to get a whole lot longer than 6 months.

We're screwed. Very tightly.

how is that posible.. Can the guranteed time given at the beginning of the process be adjusted like that? In other words, if theyh change it tomorrow can I still call in a service request at 5 months.. seems so odd that 16.8 months is a wait time or a petition of a USC. Is there an anti-immigrant sentiment goign through th white house right now.. Wow. Just wow

Say "we will be approved tomorrow" - right now today. I think there is no change in the sentence within quotes even if say the exact wordings tomorrow also :-)
