Hello,

I'm about to mail off my I-751 petition off to the Vermont Service Center. I live in Florida. My question, which address do I choose the Physical, P.O Box, or include both:

This is how it is listed:

USCIS Vermont Service Center

75 Lower Welden St.

P.O. Box 200

St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

Also it's best to ship FED EX right?

Thanks

This is the correct address as it is written above. USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation was the way I sent mine and it was just fine.

Write the address as is, which includes the physical address and the P.O. box number. Make sure your return address is on the package also.

FedEX is ok, but USPS is equally reliable if you pay extra for tracking and/or getting confirmation that someone signed receipt of your package (by comparison, a lot less expensive than FedEX).

Oh - one thing I should just mention - write on the envelop right under the address: "Attention: I-751 petition to remove conditions of status"

I think it will push the package to arrive at the proper department a bit faster.

Another question, on the application - for the mailing address: Can I use a P.O. Box??

If you are talking about what you write for your mailing address, not sure if it is doable, but I am pretty sure they want your physical address.

If you are asking about USCIS's address, then the correct address is all the following:

USCIS Vermont Service Center

75 Lower Welden St.

P.O. Box 200

St. Albans, VT 05479-0001
