what is a trick to be approved that fast ??

There is no such trick :star: If we see some more approvals from like this, we can conclude.

Currently CSC is handling bulk load of I-130 petitions. VSC handles very very few I-130s and I think VSC more concentrates on other types of petitions that include TPS, EAD etc. If a person is really lucky enough in VSC with the right I-130 adjudicator, the miracle can happen.

I called USCIS other day and they opened service ticket for me because Im outside of my processing line Im hoping that will not slowed down my approval what is your opinion ?

Opening SR is really good if one is passed 6 months timeframe. It wouldn't slow down anything. Since you filed on 03/30, your chances are very very high to get approved in couple of weeks time. Engage a congressional enquiry as well.

It is just a single case so far. So, we can't predict anything at this point. However, if we see some more approvals similar to this, we have definitely some hope!

I’m positive they prioritize by origin of country there is a country’s with question mark for USCIS, we can guess only.

Loto, who told you that you didn't qualify for expedited processing? And on what grounds were you trying to get expeditious processing? Just curious.

CanadianRedneck,

USCIS VSC told me I do not qualify.

My criteria was:

1) This is my wife's second I-130 (she had GC before through me, but surrendered sometime in the past due to her long absence in the U.S)

2) Our new born USC daughter needs better medical care including vaccinations here in the U.S
