Am I "authorized for Centralized Filing or Sole Jurisdiction"?

Question #2 of the online petition for I-129 for my K1 asks, "Are you authorized for Centralized Filing or Sole Jurisdiction..."?

Huh?

Of course, there's nothing about that in the instructions for the form. Does anyone know how to answer this?

Also, the title of the screen I'm on says "I-129 Form: Petition for a Non-Immigrant Worker". That doesn't seem right, I'm trying to bring my fiance to the U.S. I tried to delete the app and start over, but that page says I need to click a checkbox to choose what form to delete, and there is no checkbox. If I just click the Delete button anyway, naturally nothing is deleted.

Typical government website -- I can't even get past question #2! Anyway, thanks for any help you can provide.

What website? it sounds kind of like some sort of scam!

You should use the forms on here or on USCIS websites only.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

You need the I-129F, not I-129.

The I-129F cannot be filed electronically. The form you're attempting to fill out IS a petition for a non-immigrant worker.

It's not likely the I-129F is going to be made available for electronic filing anytime soon, unless USCIS can adopt some standardized way for you to submit the required evidence electronically.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Thanks, JimVaPhuong, that explains it. Yours was the only reply that was helpful.

(And for the record, I strongly doubt that uscis.gov is a "scam". Geez.)

while I typically don't defend the government, it is not their fault you are trying to fill out the wrong form.

Read carefully, interpret literally. The I-129f clearly states "Petition for Alien Fiance(e)) If it doesn't say that, you have the wrong form.

Sure, but like I said, I *did* read that the title of the form was wrong. So I did to delete the wrong form and start over, but, as I said, the system is broken and it won't let me delete it.

There are other, numerous problems with the website. For example, the link to file a petition is found under the heading "Before I file". (Note the "Before" bit.) It took me a while to find the link because I skipped over that section because, as you said, I interpreted literally.
