We're FINALLY!!!!! ready to mail in our petition! We just couldn't find exactly who the check needs to be made out to. Thanks in advance and we'll probably be sending in our petition Monday morning and we'll be updating our timeline accordingly. :) So happy!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Congrats on having everything ready to go! Now you can join the rest of us in the lovely wait. Patience is not my best quality. Thanks for updating your timeline. When you get your NOA1 be sure to add the date. At that point they will add and estimated time that your case will be adjudicated.

Congratulations! It is a really good feeling to start the process! Just remember to read the instructions very carefully because they do state clearly whom the check should be made out to, so read and re-read and read again just to be sure you haven't missed anything! Wish you all the best of luck and welcome to the world of waiting :thumbs:

Is this information still current? And should the address placed on the money order be the Dallas address?

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)
Interview: October 24, 2012 - Review | Visa Delivered: October 31, 2012



Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
