Loto, why do you have to sponsor your daughter on a CR-1. Is it not possible to do Certificate of Birth Abroad ?

Anyhow, its funny I was actually reading this document over the weekend. It has a lot of good information. I will probably take my wife to all the places listed in this guide (library, etc) after she reads it so she can get a feel for things.

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

Bobby, our daughter is U.S citizen. When I went to India in May, I transmitted my citizenship to her using CRBA. She has U.S PP and now waiting for Indian OCI (under process).
