My NOA2 hasn't been sent yet, but I'm assuming it will be in due time; in the mean time, I am being proactive in getting things done; my fiancee is going to eventually do her interview and everything at the Vancouver consulate. I went here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3739.html#Preparing_for_med_exam to check out how the medical exam works and there's no listed panel physician for Vancouver -- question is - how am I supposed to plan this or do it ahead of time; ie: gather the right forms, etc. to ensure a speedy process if there are no listed physicians....? Any thoughts?

Check out your embassy page: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Canada&cty=Vancouver

It lists a couple of doctors that are used for the medical exams about halfway down the page. Also reposting this question in the Canada forum might help you get a more clear-cut answer.
