Hi guys,

What is the best thing to do, get tax transcripts or copies of

my 1040's and W2's? Should I get them for 3 years or 1 year will be sufficient?

What is the poverty number I mean what is the lowest salary that meets these guidelines?

Please advise.

Thanks a lot!!

You should study the I-864 instructions and form, the I-864P (USCIS Poverty Guidelines), and this I-864 FAQ from the State Dept. website >>> http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3183.html

If you send transcripts there is no reason to send copies of the W2's.
