Hello all;

I have a question. What is the correct address for my husband to send out the 1-130. There is some confusion on this. I am Canadian, he is in Missouri. Is this the correct address:

USCIS

P.O. Box 804625

Chicago,IL.60680-4107

Also, when do I use the police certificate? Do I need to include this in contents of the 1-130? Last question do I photo-copy my long form birth certificate and include this in the 1-130?

The correct address is found on the USCIS website for the I-130 as well as in the instructions for the I-130. You may want to read over the instructions again incase you missed anything else besides the address for your petition.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

As the beneficiary you will not need your police certificate or long-form birth certificate until the NVC stage. Good luck!

You need to send the original long form of the birth certificate. I thought I could get away with photocopying at Kinko's the long form, but ohhhh no. They wanted the original so go figure. Just make sure you get it all back at the end of your process. And keep a copy for yourself.
