Hello, does anyone having issues getting Packet 3 to the embassy in Guangzhou? it's like the embassy never receives the package. Called the White Swan Hotel and emailed them few times regarding mailled package, but they aren't responding... I don't know what to do...

if it's been 'received' and 'signed for'

then

you'll need to track down that White Swan Employee - usually the concierge / front desk can track it down, even though it's headed to the mailroom at the IV unit.

Thanks! after a few calls, the White Swan employee concierge replied back saying that the U.S consulate employee already picked up the package from them. Two Chinese holidays are coming up soon...more vacation times for them i guess... then have to wait longer...
