You need to relax dude. You are so uptight about how slow your K-1 visa process is going that you are giving updates about your status in a thread about September filers for Removal of Conditions on Permanent Resident status.

I'm sure we all can remember that horrible wait

Since you got approved so fast from the same local office I filed, it made me curious whether I have submitted enough documents. Would you mind sharing with me the list of documents you submitted with form I-751? Thanks!

Congrats to all of you with the good news!

I suppose USCIS does not work until the New Year and we will have to wait for any movement until then...? Well, good luck everyone! :thumbs:

Lullaby78, our visa process started with K1, then AoS and finally the Removal of conditions. I sent a cover letter detailing the contents of our I-751. I also explain that we do not own joint property / mortgage due to my husband already owning the house prior to my moving to the USA. Here is what i sent

• Copy of our 2009 Giving Statement to our Church,

• Copy of Troy’s 401k retirement policy from Retirement declaring Kirsty (spouse) as primary beneficiary.

• Copy of Troy’s benefit election for his Life Insurance Policy, including Life insurance Policy for Kirsty.

• Copies of medical insurance bills which show Kirsty as spouse to the policy holder (Troy )

• Copy of our truck Registration card showing joint ownership

• Copies of our joint loan and account statements from Credit Unions for 2010.

• Copies of statements for both our joint checking and savings accounts for 2009-2010

• Copies of our joint Credit Card account statements 2009-2010

• Copies of utility bills for our residence including; NW Natural, CPI and Allied Waste for 2009-2010

• Copies of our telephone bills including; Centurytel, Comcast and Verzion Wireless for 2009-2010

• Copy of our AKC Registration for our dog showing joint ownership

• Copies of milestone pictures of our life together since getting married

• Copies of various airline reservations and tickets for trips we have taken together since getting married including; visiting Kirsty’s family in England in May 2009, travelling to Florida to meet with Kirsty’s parents for vacation in September 2009 and our upcoming trip to England to visit Kirsty’s family in October 2010.

• Copies of Hotel receipts from our 2nd year anniversary

On December 28, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283
