4.my fiance is active military, and he most likely WONT get deployed while waiting on our interview date.if we call the embassy and tell em that he might get deployed ( yes yes thats a lie but we all know how hard waiting on the last stages is ) would they check his platoon and all to see if he is telling the truth?

Since you're only accepting comments in relation to the original questions, and this is an "original" question, I am going to answer this one.

DO NOT LIE OR ATTEMPT TO LIE on your paperwork. For someone who is spouting off so much "knowledge" about the U.S. Military on would think you would be aware that if lying on the application was reported to his commanding officer it could get him in MAJOR trouble including and up to a discharge. The military has a code of conduct- I am fairly sure lying on a government application would violate that.

As far as deployments go, whispers of deployment tend to go around 6 months or more before the actual orders go out. If you haven't heard those whispers then it's not likely to happen soon.

Lastly, the rest of your comments about being treated unfairly are out of line. Immigration is NOT a RIGHT. It IS a privledge afforded to you because you are engaged/married to a US Citizen. You might keep that in mind.

"You don't marry someone you can live with, you marry the person you can't live without."

AGAIN to me anything with less than 20% chances of happening IS a white lie.do you have eye issues?

You came on here to this site because you know that people would give you honest answers. You can take their advice or not. It's that simple. These people are an asset to the visa process because they have been through this. You seem to have such a negative view of the United States and how it operates. Do what you want/ feel you must do. If you don't like the answers you get here, then just stop asking. Even if it were the case that there were countries that have faster timelines (which I don't think it would have anything to do with the reasons you expressed) It would just be and you would have to deal with it like the rest of us. My love comes from a High Fraud country and even though I have so much proof that he is not fraudulent, He is still going to get put under a microscope, because other people, with negative intentions , have paved a way for this. It is what it is and he and I will deal with it. The people here on Visa Journey have great insight to this process but it is up to you how you use it. Each case is different.
