I am curious. I live on the East Coast but my petition is processing with the WAC Center. Is that normal?

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

'Most' I-130s are going to CSC. Mine and few others went to VSC.

In fact, VSC was getting only 2 digit I-130s until May 2010. But, they accepted 4 digit I-130s in June 2010.

What is the meaning behind putting up quotes around the word most? Is it a fake most? As in all? Unnecessary usage of the quote around words annoys the chicken tikka masala out of me.

This is an appropriate usage of quote. Homemade here doesn't literally mean homemade. Rather it's made in the store/restaurant. It's made to resemble homemade; but, it's truly not homemade. Get it.

In June, 501,365 I-130's were approved. So daily they processed over 16,000 applications. USCIS received 527,385 new applications in June. That's over 17,000 new apps a day. There are 1.3million applications pending all together.
