Hi all,

I am petitioning for my wife and the case is currently with NVC. I just paid the AOS fee and am wondering if my wife can send the Choice of Agent and Address Form online. Also, when can i pay the IV fee?

The AOS fee generally comes AFTER the choice of agent, Are you using a lawyer?

You can pay te IV bill as soon as it is generated online

No, i'm not using a lawyer. Just got my citizenship in June.

When can i expect the IV bill to be generated. Thanks for the quick reply.

We paid ours at the same time. Send in your choice of agent or call NVC to see what the hold up is. Maybe they ware waiting on your choice of agent before they generate the IV bill

DS-3032 can be submitted via email to NVC. Once that is accepted the IV fee should follow. Good luck!

I-864 AOS path is independent of IV path. AOS is filled and the fee is paid by the petitioner, so it doesn't matter if they receive DS-3032 or not. That's why you were successful in AOS fee payment.

However, they will wait for DS-3032 receipt to generate IV invoice.

So, you need to email them DS-3032 with the above template.
