Congrats Jersy Girl.

My i-130 got approved too on 15th August and case was transferred from vermont to CSC. I had sent it on May 3rd and NOA -1 came on May 17th.

I am happy but am not so excited for i-130 as my K-3 will, God willing, get approved far soon than i-130.

Congratulations... Mine should have been approved but they asked for marigae certificate in native language. Which I sent and they updated the site that they got the RFE. Lets see when they will approve my I-130. I am still counting on K3. It was approved on Aug 9th and I got the approval notice in the mail. The case has not made it to nvc yet. Any idea how long does that takes?

Now what, this obviously bumps his K-3 right? does this mean he has to stay out longer? I know th cr-1 takes longer to process
We have a choice. We can continue with K3, which will get an interview faster, and then adjust status. Or, we can continue with K3 and let the I-130 continue at the same time, then go back for that interview.

My I-130 for my wife got approved from USCIS on Aug 1st, It is no at NVC, does any one have a rough idea as to how long it can/will take before the embassy of pakistan will give her a date for the interview?

Someone told me around 2 months, but I am not sure if that is true. Please let me know your opinions.
