Affidavit of Support Question - Jobs question

Hello,

I've married a Filipina woman. As the situation has it, no one will sign the affidavit of support for me. I'm just out of college with my B.S., and trying to get a job in web development, but still looking. I want nothing more than to be with the woman I married, so I want to bring her here as fast as possible, even if it means working a job(s) that is not in web development.

I won't meet the minimum income requirements this year for the affidavit of support for CR-1. But I've heard it's more about your current job than if you made the minimum income requirement the previous year. I've heard that you mail in pay check stubs for the past 6 months to show proof of income and employment. So, if it happens that I need to work 2 jobs to meet the requirement (maybe 60 hours a week), will this work if I send in pay check stubs for the past 6 months from 2 different jobs?

Thanks for any info, and I will provide more information if needed.

NVC will look the past earning potential and current potential as well. Since you are recently passed out, you 'MAY' write a letter to them explaining your situation. Include at least last year tax transcript plus your ALL paystubs plus employment letter. If you think your current job does not meet povertly lines, yes, 2 jobs will be helpful.

Those I have asked will not co-sponsor me.

Do you (petitioner) have any other assets such as bank balance, home etc.?

Does your beneficiary have any other income such as rental etc. and that income would continue even after her immigration to the U.S?

My bank balance isn't anything worth making note of, I don't have any major assets besides a car. My wife works at a call center, so nope.

Thanks for the replies.

Start saving now. If you are U.S citizen they might consider 33% of your bank balance as well on top of the income to meet the poverty line.
