G-325A

- I'm following the K1 guide on VJ and it shows two G-325A, one filled out by U.S citizen and one by alien fiancée and if you click on example, they're both the same (nr 7 & 9). There should be two different G-325A in the package, one with U.S citizen information (and signed by him) and one with alien fiancée (that's me, with my info and signature), right?

- I've been a student for three of the past five years. How do I fill this out correctly?

Thanks for your help and sorry to everyone that has answered this question before. I've looked on earlier pages but not found anything.

Correct - each person has their own.

State what you did for the past 5 years (to present), (lived/employed/student)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Just as another point of view, I've been a student for the past 4 years as well but I did work during the summers. I only listed my employment and for the rest of the time I listed that I was unemployed. They don't ask whether or not you were a student, only for your employment so that is what I listed. I'm not 100% whether is matters but what I do know for sure is just to make completely certain to not leave any gaps in time. Hopefully that helps, and maybe someone else who was a student can come along and put in their $0.02 as well. Good luck! :luv:
