so my NoA1 took longer then expected so i called asking and they told me it was sent and that the name was different then the name i gave them to look it up. so they said they would fix the mistake. the next day i got the NoA1 notification. then 3 weeks later i got a notice saying sorry for the mistake. and saying the case type was I-129f but down at the bottom they wrote sorry for the mistake the error on your I-130 receipt notice has been fixed. but i didnt fill out the I-130 form i filled out he I-129f form. i looked it up and the I-130 is for family members to come here. then 2 weeks later the sent me the I-797c saying that the notification of action for your I-129f.so is this just a NOA that they got the fixed version or are they doing 2 different cases for me.

thanks for your guys help.

smells like the 'last thing' in,

was the corrected I-797-C.

With 'that receipt #' -

you can look it up online with the USCIS web portal 'status system'.

Have a look there, see if it all resembles an I-129F, yes?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

i don't think is useful to call, at this point -

--last piece of paper you got referenced I-129F

--USCIS portal says it's an I-129F

You filed an I-129F petition, so at this point, smells like 'all is resolved' for this receipt notice.
