I called NVC to see if they received our file since we got touched a week ago and no mail or online status change.

And guess what NVC said?

November 8th, 2010: Received Packet 3 from Montreal

November 10th, 2010: Sent Packet 3 back to Montreal

November 25th: Received Packet 4 & Scheduled interview!

March 8th, 2011: Interview in Montreal - Approved!

April 30th, 2011: Move to CA

May 6th, 2011: Married <3

May 31st, 2011: Filed AOS

June 6th, 2011: NoA1

June 13th, 2011: Received Notice for Biometrics

July 7th, 2011: Biometrics

August 22, 2011: AOS Interview - Approved!

August 29th, 2011: Greencard in hand!

Dial 1-603-334-0700 approximately 30 times (it will take forever to get through).

Follow the prompts, hit "2" for K visa.

Sit on hold for 20 minutes.

I said "Hi, my petition got approved last week and I'm wondering if you've received it yet."

Gave my WAC #.

You should call right now and tell us what happens! I bet you were approved too!

Well, Ladies ans gentlemen! Just received NOA2!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!

Just talk with my fiancé on skype and we got the noa2 today in the mail!!!!!!!!!! soooo happy...so insanely happy! NOA1 date July 6...and the noa2 date it's probably November 16!!!

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY, i woke up this morning and opened my email, there was 1 new email, and i was really really hope if the email from USCIS, but it was from my Fiance, and i was thinking, yeah,that is fine, maybe i will get email from USCIS tomorrow, but after i opened the email, my fiance sent me 1 pic, and the pic is NOA2, he got it in the mail today YAY...... !!!!!

I GOT MY NOA2!!!!!

oh my,,,we got our noa2! sooooooo happpppppppyyyyyyy! thank you!

This should be declared National Petition Approval Day...but federal offices aren't allowed to take the day off, haha.

Agreed! Know what the best part of the NoA2 copy is? It states: "The USCIS has completed all action; further inquiries should be directed to the NVC." :thumbs:
