10.21.14 - RFE response received in NYC facility

11.04.14 - Oath ceremony scheduled, approved!

thanks for the concern guys.i really thought that after NOA2 things will move up fast but its not the case in MOntreal. But i will just think of some positive things like the free healthcare in canada and my future baby will have a dual citizenship.I just dont know why they punish us and enjoy torturing couples who just want to be together.aside from the interview fee of $350, the medical exam cost a lot of money too, its $275 + any additional charge for mailing. this is really too much to handle.

Congrats SimplyMAcy! Talked to USCIS, turns out my birth certificate was probably a mistake. Have info to mail MY case officer so that he responds ASAP. Ugh....wish our case was as simple as others. Must keep hoping and praying!

3-Jan-2011, Visa received

12-Jan-2011, POE SEATTLE WASHINGTON USA

Thank you JlovesA!!! Got headache now from too much joy in my heart. Your NOA2 is coming in a day or two if not today. And for those who are still waiting for NOA2, yours is coming soon! My hands and feet were cold now and shaking. :rofl: I was is tears when my fiance told me in skype while talking to him. He said I have something to tell you, IT WAS APPROVED!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: It's 12:40am now here in Dubai and wide awake.

Just talk with my fiancé on skype and we got the noa2 today in the mail!!!!!!!!!! soooo happy...so insanely happy! NOA1 date July 6...and the noa2 date it's probably November 16!!! the petition was last touched on November 16. This is such a relief! I saw that other VJ members got touched that day..so i think more NOA2 are on thei way! Wish you guys all the luck in this world!

Man I never thought I'd say this, but the CSC is on fire! They made us wait 2,000 months to get through May and June but July is lightning fast.
