Don't worry, your RFE is going to be fine!! You mentioned it a few days ago so you should be getting it in the mail any time now.

Thanks, JlovesA. It's not so much the RFE itself as the added time that upsets me. Every couple weeks throws it all off...and add up to an extra month. My fiance is MISERABLE in Spain waiting to leave, and I can't do ANYthing to speed it up. It's the most frustrating thing I've ever done! And he's been laid off from work because of the economy slowdown in Spain so he has NOTHING to distract himself with. His arrival will probably be the happiest day of my life without a doubt!

I can definitely relate to your fiance...I moved across the country so I could visit my fiance on a regular basis but I've been jobless, bored, and broke.

And when A sent our petition in, he forgot to include a form and it took them 21 days to send the package back to us! I was really upset about that, because we would have been approved by now and waiting on P3 if he hadn't done that. :(

But if you've come this far, don't let one little thing get you down. What we're all doing is admirable...don't forget that!

P.S. I'm not trying to compare myself to you, was just letting you know I understand how hard it is.

Oh, it's no bother to compare. We all do everyday! I understand how you were upset with your fiance; that's the same reason why I feel like I failed him because we got this RFE. Although I would like to say that my fiance hasn't made me feel that way..just me! It sucks so bad to have someone say 'I don't believe you." When in the meanwhile your face changes just at the THOUGHT of your fiance...how can they not believe me from what I've sent????? my only guess is that they lost something which pisses me offfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff. So it's best if they don't ever tell me that something was lost. Don't screw me for your mistake. Sorry...I've been teetering between rage and determination and bliss this whole day!

I can relate to this too hloo. My Fiance there in the US is actually on SSDI ((since 2009) he was a self-employed for a long time) bcoz he has heart disease and a survivor. He is in very good health but the stress of WAITING is added to his heart problem. We didnt know that we could expedite the petition and we just hope now that it will work fast and no more delays. I hope too for you and to all VJs! This is the most stressful part of our journey BUT it will be all worth it.:star:

I don't know...the more they touch it the more chances we have of getting an RFE. Maybe they're pulling supervisors over and getting second opinions.

Hahaha I imagine some squeaky-voiced teen frantically dialing a phone number from his desk phone and being like "Mr. Smiiithhh you need to come seeee this!" Then he presses a button and these alarms start going off all over the building.

Then some scary dude with a cigar looks at our application, laughs maniacally, and pulls out a giant REJECTED stamp from his drawer and slams it onto our faces.

I've been trying to check any updates for a while now but validation error is appearing. I couldn't go into my account. :( I have just checked an hour ago and it works. Does anyone experiencing this?

Then they roll your application up, stick it in a tube, and shove it in a pipe everyone has below their desks which goes through an intricate system before being dumped into a lake.

I tried to find a photo of this from The Simpsons but all I found was porn. :(

YES HERE IT IS!
