Thanks Gingerpants, that's a great news.

Have you been through the entire process of the K1 yet?

I have a question for the very first document to send, they ask the address where the wife intend to leave (in the us). As we are both now in french and don't have any address in the us, should we just put the town your goind to move to and leave a note saying we are not currently leaving in the us?

We are going to be living with my parents until we have jobs to pay for our own apartment so I listed their address. You're going to need some sort of plan with an address attached to it so start considering this now.

I looked at the affidavit form, they ask the name and address of the employer, can I put my french employer?

And then convert into $ from € the income questions?

Enter what your employer will be paying you in dollars when you move to the US.

It probably will not be a direct conversion of your French salary.
