2.my husband buy a new car jan.2010 for a girl sabi nia pera ng tatay nia ang ginamit when i was in phils.

3.when i arrived here feb.2010 he discuss to me that he dont have money at his bank coz he use for girl car

so ano sagot sa tanong mo ?

4.clarification....2005 namatay nanay nia and she & her brother got money from insurance , she buy a car

5. but 2010 nasira kaya #2

Yes, we are the wife because we have the documents of marriage, but it is not all about that... it is way deeper than that. It is the same as what a husband is. Tell your husband to write here too, so we can also advise him and blame him for what he have done. Now, your word "50-50" can be used here now. I mean, I'd rather use 33-33-33. Here are the people to be blamed by your problem now: 33% for you, 33% for your husband and 33% for the stpdaughter. How about 25-25-25-25? You 25%, husband 25%, stepdaughter 25% and the ex live-in partner 25% for leaving the daughter to your husband?

Pero if you cannot accept 33% or 25% each one of you because you would really insist 50% to stepdaughter and 50% to your husband, then leave your husband right now. If you think there is nothing you can do, leave the house. Go to the women's shelter or Catholic charities and ask for their help. Trust me, if you will ask for their help,in no time, you will be on the next plane to the Philippines. I think your mind is too close and can't even accept negative comments. You dwell too much on things that hurt you and not think of things that would make things at least better. I know what's your problem...lol!

sagot ko for 2 thru 5. sabi mo yung pera for car #2 came from his dad's insurance. and nung dumating ka sinabi nya syo wala sya pera dahil sa kotse. that doesn't mean na he lied to you. maybe nung time na yon, ang pera nya lang talaga eh yung namana nya...which incidentally he used to buy the car. you're still in no position to complain because when he had that money, you weren't married to him yet so it wasn't a community fund at that time. pero based on everything else you've said with what your husband pays for...kahit papaano naman siguro meron pang ibang account sya na meron sya itinatabi na ipon kahit konti.

you have to understand...yung asawa mo meron rin mga responsibilities dito sa amerika...masakit man na hindi kayo nagkasama, hindi ibig sabihin nun eh he would've rather have bought a car than to be with you. inamin nya ba syo na kaya hindi sya umuwi eh kse he rather would've bought a car for the stepdaughter? if hindi nya inaamin syo...then all you have are speculations.

katulad ng sabi ko kabayan. im pretty sure meron naman talaga pagkukulang ang iyong asawa. pero just take a step backward and give him a break from all the nagging. kse 6 months ka pa lang sa bahay nya...mukhang puro pag-nag na ang ginawa mo. subukan mo naman na damayan ang asawa mo sa mga problema nya. tulungan mo sya makahanap ng solusyon para maka-save kayo. wag yung sabihan mo sya na if it's not you he's spending the money on, he shouldn't be spending it on somebody else. like i said...he's had responsibilities even way before you met him. you don't really expect him to drop those responsibilities just because nasa buhay ka na nya, right? and like what i've been saying....intindihin mo ang sitwasyon ng asawa mo.

The way I see it, there is no resolution to your problem. Even if you will go to 100 counselors, the counselor would go crazy because you cannot understand. You kept on forcing yourself to be right about the caps when it is a rule here in Visajourney that when a person uses capital letter in all words, it means yelling or shouting. Now, even if it is not yelling for you, the one who received and reading your message are thinking you are yelling because you use capital letters. I can just imagine your husband's feeling tortured too on the way you talk to him maybe that' why he will just ignore you most of the times. You are ot making any sense also in some things that you say. It is being said that it is a RULE, so be it and we cannot change it, ok? And I repeat, even if for you it is not yelling, for the people who read and receive, for them it is yelling because they abide by the RULE.
