Ok, I know I need to be patient - being in this process for a few years has taught me that. But I'm finding myself getting antsy. My husband had his biometrics more than a month ago, and no updates on his status, no letter or anything... and since he did walk in biometrics a day early, we start to imagine all sorts of crazy things - they didn't record that he had them done/somehow 'lost' them, his letter was accidently delivered to the wrong house and was thrown out, something weird happened with his application, whatever. I've been looking at the threads, and I know that a few people did wait more than a month for their interview letter. But it seems that almost everyone gets them within a month. What happens if it WAS sent to the wrong house? I worry about them thinking we decided to abandon the application or something....

At what point am I justified in worrying?

IMO, at 'that point' , when, after a phone call into USCIS, inquiring for case status -

a Tele-Operator tells you that yer husband has been denied.

Probably you have weeks left before you need to get worried. However, maybe a call to USCIS Customer Service would help? They could tell you whether the interview was scheduled or not, I would think. At least it might give some peace of mind.

We're going to cal tomorrow, just because people who sent in their applications weeks after us already have their bio notice, and we haven't heard a word! Probably all is well but no harm in trying to get additional info.

Actually, you can call and submit a "service request" where they will look into your request and provide you with information after a few days.

As it's been a month since his biometrics, NOW would be a time to call the mis-information line to ask about interview - ask for service request. This should get you an interview letter in the next couple of weeks.
