04/21/10 - Travel to Egypt to meet in person

05/08/10 - Sent I-129F

05/10/10 - VSC receives I-129F

05/11/10 - NOA1

05/13/10 - Touched

05/14/10 - Touched

05/17/10 - Received NOA1 in the mail

07/06/10 - NOA2 - Approved!!!! :)

07/12/10 - Received NOA2 in the mail

07/13/10 - Received at NVC

07/16/10 - NVC changes embassy per our request

07/19/10 - Told we are in AP @ NVC

07/30/10 - Case sent to Cairo embassy

08/05/10 - Case received at embassy

09/07/10 - Received packet 3 - FINALLY!!!

09/15-10 - 2nd trip to Egypt, returned home on 10/5/10

12/14/10 - Received interview date

01/09/11 - 3rd trip to Egypt

01/12/11 - Interview - APPROVED!!!...but AP

01/24/11 - Returned to the states without my habibi :(

04/06/11 - AP was completed!! :)

05/10/11 - Visa has been issued!!!

I was looking for a Ramadan cat but this is the closest I could get.

Our plans for today consist of letting dh sleep as long as he can. I'd like to go to the co-op to pick up unrefined sugar, organic decaffeinated herbal tea and have a look around.

Afternoon everyone!

Hope your day and weekend has been good. It's to be 105 today...we just couldn't get

any luckier! :lol:

Wael is finished with his class so last night he went to this little coffe shop/resturant for a little while.

He hasn't been there in a year, so was a nice change for him to get out with some arabic

speaking dudes. I think only a couple are Egyptian. I was happy he decided to take sometime for

himself and close the books.

Gotta figure out what we will have tonight for dinner. Take care and have a good one!!

Happy Caturday MENA!!! Well my plans to clean today were ruined by the Joker :lol: it was raining so i waited until 11:00 to go to the bank... then i got some Milo's tea.. then headed to Walmart... got in line(people had a billion groceries), paid for my groceries, got to the car and realized i forgot to use my discount card.. had to bring all the groceries back in and get back in line and do it all over again :crying::wow: so i'm way behind on house cleaning... :crying: i wasn't about to just give my money away though... i can get a little done today i think before habibi gets off at 7.. i'm washing clothes now and i gotta cook too :wacko: anyway i hope everyone has a great Caturday :thumbs:

Happy Saturday... finally off work til Tuesday! I love my days off! Adam surprised me today by making homemade bread while I was at work. It tastes really good! He made 3 loaves! I had no earthly idea he could or even would for that matter make bread! Way to go hubby !
