ah - so the issues to cover were :

--prior restraining order and

--short dates between divorce and marry.

whew! IMO, somehow, you got tagged at USCIS, but glad it's all resolved !!! That was brilliant strategy, go in for infopass, get it all sorted there prior to actual interview date.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

grrr - I Guess 'the next thing to track/follow'

is

the movement of the casefile into NVC. Is some 'speed issue' going from local office to ???? office to NVC - so at some point, soonish,

call into USCIS, get an ISO ( see http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5 ) and check for casefile status / movement / location with a Human. Do that often, until you know for certain that NVC has the casefile. Don't muck about with the first person that answers the phone, ask for, and get, an ISO.

thank you guys!

it wasn't really a brilliant plant, i really had no plan i was just desperate. if anybody had a plan then it was the immigration officer i was caught by a complete surprise. i had nothing with me no time to recollect my thoughts and if had something to hide they would probably catch me.

i find quite interesting that all of my interviewers in my immigration process were actually immigrants, they can probably smell the rat easier than anyone else at the same time they have the compassion to understand your hardship

i appreciate all of your help, i am convinced that this country and its economy is losing absolutely nothing letting us in and help us develop in a a healthy environment build a strong family around us and contribute to this country at our best. it is our interest in the end anyway.
